SFWDA wants to THANK YOU these sponsors listed below.

Be sure to support these great businesses just as they are supporting our great sport and our 37th annual event.

SFWDA is proud to have each one of you! Now keep these brands in mind when you think about who to do business with next. These guys are part of our Southern Family. Many of them also offer discounts for Active SFWDA Members so be sure to mention you are a member next time you call on them, and if your not yet a SFWDA Member then join now and get rewarded!

In 2016-2017 alone we gave $49,000 through our SFWDA grant program. In 2018 alone $72,634 was provided in Grants from SFWDA to the OHV Community. We’re currently working to pay off the Law suit for the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway.

In 2022 over $50,000 was paid to complete the lawsuit for the Daniel Boon Backcountry Byway.

So far in 2023 SFWDA has paid $10,000 towards the byway legal fees. Leaving us a balance of just over $15,000 with your support we expect to have this completely paid after Dixie Run!

GROWTH & PROGRESSION : Dixie Run is an annual event created by the Southern Four Wheel Drive Association. We're going into our 37th anniversary year now. Currently located in Oliver Springs, TN at Windrock Park we host on average approximately 1,000 guests comprised of enthusiasts of a very diverse demographic. At our events you will find all makes and models as well as all walks of personality. While we're primarily a Jeep based organization we're not restrictive to one brand or another attending.

BENEFIT: Each dollar generated at our events go right back into supporting our sport. Each year we contribute thousands of dollars to national organizations in support of our efforts like the Blue Ribbon Coalition, Tread LIghtly! , ORBA, and UFWDA.  We also heavily invest in our local communities through OHV related grants. Designed to preserve and develop our trails, along with OHV education courses, videos, and much more. All of which helps to protect the access to our trails and extend the life of our sport for the entire industry. In fact we're likely the only organization like this that directly invests our event proceeds right back into our local trails, parks, and riders within our region through our grant program. We may not be the biggest event in the region but we do the most to protect the sport we share passion for in our own neighborhood!

EXPOSURE: With plans to make this the largest Dixie Run event yet you wont want to miss out on it. Over a thousand passionate enthusiasts in a very intimate environment will provide opportunities to connect with your customers directly as the event lasts through a whole weekend and many of the attendees are camping on-site. Network with other off road businesses, fabricators, repair shops, and manufacturers alike.

COST : The only requirement for entry as a vendor this year will be maintaining an Active SFWDA Supporting Business Membership. Or making a $100 or greater value product donation to the SFWDA raffle. The cost of this membership is only $100 and is good for one year from the date of activation. For more on benefits and to register as a business member and pre-qualify for vendor access; click here.

CONTRIBUTION: We are planing a raffle Saturday night after dinner and announcements and before our fellowship bonfire.  The funds from this event raffle are one of the primary revenue sources for our association. Each item donated and each dollar contributed by attendees go directly back to SFWDA and funds our core mission.
