SFWDA is looking for Dixie run Volunteers

SFWDA Members,

I'm the Vice President for SFWDA and I'm heading up SFWDA Dixie Run at Windrock on Sept 29th- Oct 1st. We are looking for volunteers for a 4hr shift on that Thrusday, Friday, and Saturday. We need people for merchandise, regestration, and tech inspection. If you will volunteer at least 4 hrs, we will wavie the Driver Fee for the event.

Also looking for Trail Guide for Friday & Saturday

We are looking for volunteers for these different area on Friday and Saturday. If you choose to volunteer for 4 hrs your driver entry fee will be wavie.

Regestration- handing out registration packets, helping people register at the event (walks ups)

Back the Byway spring event registration is almost over

This is the LAST week to register for next month's "Back the Byway" Spring event presented by Dan Cummins Off Road! Registration will close Sunday night (5/1).

We've got just a few remaining RV spots at Callies Campground in Red River Gorge that can only be reserved by purchasing a ticket through our site. (There are plenty of tent/vehicle camping spots available for the weekend)

Dixie Run Registration is coming soon

We’re working on fine tuning the registration page! Keep looking here and on our Dixie Run page for the latest info!

Come on out to 36th Annual SFWDA Dixie Run at WindrockPark -Oliver Springs,TN on Sept 30st-Oct 1st and support SFWDA Core Mission (Recreation, Conservation, and Education). We will have 2 days of optional guided trail rides for different difficulty levels, including stock, buggy, andexcursion ride to Nemo Tunnel and Brush Mountain State Penitentiary - Note trail ride signups will be on site at the Registration tent. We will also have education course's going on throughout the weekend (sponsor by Morrison Outdoors). Don't forget about Saturday Night Raffle. Why don't you want a new set of 37in BFG Tires? Can't win if you don't come to the event/raffle.

First time ever we are offering a Family Pack Registration ticket (cover's the driver, passenger, and 2 kids under 16) This is a total of $10 discount off the regular driver and passenger ticket combine. Only be available for early registration.

TrailFest has been a HUGE success

The weather has been great!!! Tons of guided rides, food, and fun. This years TrailFest has been awesome!! Big thanks to our Volunteers we could not have done this without you!

TrailFest is almost here

TrailFest is almost here! Don’t forget each vehicle MUST go through Tech Inspection. You MUST HAVE a Fire extinguisher, First Aid kit, and Battery Tie Down.

All the volunteers are working hard to give you the best time! As with any wheeling event there’s bound to be challenges to overcome, but the team will work diligently to work through them!
