As we approach our Annual Meeting, there are a number of us that have reached the limit of our leadership terms based on the Bylaws approved in 2018. Therefore we have a number of positions to fill this year.
Open Positions for Nominations:

Treasurer
Secretary
Director of Membership
Director of Conservation
The following positions have one year remaining with current officers:
Vice President - Aaron Roddy has one year left on his term. I would suggest we seek nominations for a Co-VP for 2020.
Director of Education - Al Sweney
Director of Recreation - Amy Clayborne. I would suggest we seek nominations for a Co-Director for 2020.
Director of Communication - Walter Shafer
Director of Business Development - OPEN

Our 2019 Annual Meeting is coming up December 7th. We have lots to talk about and share, including some amazing updates on our years of progress on the DBBB! Everyone is invited. This is an all access, no membership required meeting, and we want you all to join us either in person or online. We also will be discussing Dixie Run venues along with the Voting and Election of our new SFWDA (2020-2022) President.
We'll meet at the Doubletree Hotel, Oak Ridge, TN conference room for our 9 AM(local time) meeting to begin. We will cover a variety of land use topics and great updates on the DBBB. We will also discuss and approve 2020 Grants, upcoming event Venues, our budget, and several new 2020-2022 BOD elections. You’re vote is very important, so please join us to participate.
There are several important BOD positions open, which we hope will be fulfilled by a qualified volunteer for a term of 2 years. If you or anyone you know of might be interested please contact us.
We held this Meet and Greet Ride in Slade,KY over this weekend. We had over 250 rigs come into area and had a great time. We were able to raise over $1,300 dollars from the raffle to go back into S.F.W.D.A Grant Fund. We also couldn't do this with out are great sponsor and volunteers
