Dear Trail Voter

A 6.8 magnitude political earthquake was felt in Washington D.C. earlier this week when businessman David Purdue beat Congressman Jack Kingston in the primary race for the open senate seat in Georgia.

Purdue will face Michelle Nunn, a daughter of former Democrat Senator Sam Nunn, on November 4 in this key battleground senate contest.  Nunn is backed by the far left CREDO SuperPAC and the League of Conservation Voter's "Give Green" in-house fundraising program.

The CREDO SuperPAC was founded by mobile-phone executives in the San Francisco area to advance far-left causes including the anti-access agenda of the green lobby.

As you know, Congress has a growing number of legislators who are off-road enthusiasts themselves and support responsible OHV use on federal lands.  Members of the U.S. House of Representatives have introduced and passed legislation that supports public use of motorized trails.  They have also passed bills and held oversight hearings to address unwarranted and politically motived excessive OHV-related regulations at the EPA, Forest Service, and BLM.  EPA regulations can impact OHV recreation on private lands as well!

Current U.S. Senate leadership continues to jam similar regulatory reform efforts in that legislative body. Off-road voters must weigh in to change that unresponsive paradigm. With your help in 2014, we can remove those roadblocks by electing a pro-access majority to the U.S. Senate and maintain and grow our majority in the House of Representatives.

Trail voters need a net gain of six seats in November to change the current Senate leadership.   TPAC has now added the Georgia Senate race to our list of 11 important battleground senate races that will bring much needed change that legislative body.

Your donations will help us elect more pro-trail candidates to Congress where they can champion and defend responsible OHV recreation on public land.

So far in this election cycle, your donations have enabled TPAC to endorse Cory Gardner for Senate in Colorado, Tom Cotton for Senate in Arkansas, Terri Lynn Land for Senate in Michigan, Steve Daines for Senate in Montana, and David Valadao for Congress (CA-CD21).

An endorsement from TPAC brings an immediate donation of $1,000 or more to a Senate campaign and $500 or more to a House race.  As a multicandidate PAC, TPAC can donate up to $5,000 per election cycle to a federal candidate.

Join off-road heroes Steve Hatch, Destry Abbott, Cody Webb, and Jason Scherer and many others in support of TPAC's effort to change the current leadership in the U.S. Senate and retain the pro-access House majority.

Please consider a special "Riding Gear/Equipment" donation today in the following categories to help protect your recreational access to public and private lands.  Tire tube $15, Goggles $25, Knobby tire $60, Riding pants $100, Helmet $250, 4x4 tire $300Winch $500Exhaust system $750Engine rebuild $1,000.
